Get Organized Consultation

The most important part of planning a wedding is being organized! Did you order the flowers? Have you thought about invitations? There are many plans to make and a budget to think about. Get help with this first step. You only need about 2 hours to start your planning process and help things move along smoothly. Vendor referrals with discounts, budgeting guidance,and stress relief are at your fingertips!

Hands-On Package

Too busy to plan some of the details of your wedding? Get some help and relax a little! Not only will the appointments be made for you, but your planner will be by your side to help ask the right questions and meet the right people. From photography to invitations, and from the ceremony to the reception, you will have a hand to hold and a shoulder to cry on. Services include: making and attending appointments with vendors, viewing reception sites, budget review, and help with other details of the ceremony and reception leading up to the big day.

Wedding Director Package

If you are too busy to handle most of the details of your wedding, this package is for you! Everything from the Hands-On Package is included, plus your planner will help with sending out invitations/ save-the-dates and manage rsvps, and she will be at the ceremony and reception, handling the details and putting out fires. You, and your family, get to enjoy your day without the stress of handling mediocre problems that, under wedding pressure, will seem astronomical. Need help with the rehearsal dinner and the bridal shower? It's right here! Of course, everything goes through you, so you are still in complete control of your wedding, there will just be an extension of you on your day, and the days leading up to it, to help keep everything running smoothly.

Just One Day

Are you looking for someone to carry out your plans without having to deal with the little stresses of the day? With this option, the planner will help the wedding day run smoothly by making sure everyone is in his/her place and will take care of any problems so you can enjoy every minute. The planner will be at the ceremony and reception sights for set-up and clean-up. Rate includes 8 hours of service, additional hours will be charged at $50 per hour.
